Our client is an emerging provider of innovative solutions for the hospitality industry in Indonesia, dedicated to empowering our clients, hotels and resorts, to enhance guest experiences and optimize operations. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to drive growth by generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals in the Indonesian hotel sector.

 

Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in expanding our presence in Indonesia’s hospitality market. This position involves identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle to secure partnerships with hotels and resorts. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven individual with a passion for hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

●      Lead Generation: Research and identify potential hotel and resort clients in Indonesia using platforms like LinkedIn, industry directories, and local networks.

●      Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospects and schedule meetings.

●      Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospect needs and alignment with the company’s solutions to ensure a strong fit for hotel-specific offerings.

●      Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and addressing their needs post-sale.

●      Deal Closure: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiating and closing contracts with hotel decision-makers (e.g., General Managers, owners, or procurement teams).

●      Pipeline Management: Track and organize all lead and client interactions to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.

●      Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation, meetings booked, deals closed, and client retention.

Good to Have

●      Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally in hospitality or B2B sales in Indonesia.

●      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

●      Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with hotel decision-makers.

●      Comfort with cold calling, handling objections, and negotiating contracts.

●      Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset.

●      Presentable appearance to represent the company professionally.

●      Passion for the hospitality sector.

●      Open to all candidates with a drive to succeed, regardless of background or education.
